Otto & Ollie's Wag Market offers curated mystery boxes and related pet and lifestyle products. Because many of our products are intentionally selected as part of a mystery experience, product contents may vary. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies, including after an order has been submitted.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Payment

Payment must be received before an order is processed. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Otto & Ollie's Wag Market does not store your complete payment card information.

Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Your purchase is also subject to our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Order Cancellation Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Dog Safety

Pet owners are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their individual dog and supervising their use.

Dogs vary widely in size, chewing strength, health conditions, allergies, and behavior. No toy, chew, treat, accessory, or other product is appropriate for every dog.

Customers should always supervise their pets during use, inspect products regularly for damage, discontinue use when appropriate, and follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings.

While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, colors, photographs, and other product information, we cannot guarantee that every image, color, texture, or display will appear exactly the same on every device or that every product description is entirely free of typographical or technical errors.

You are responsible for ensuring that any photographs, videos, names, social media handles, or other content you submit do not infringe upon the rights of others.
